Dr. Jaione Ganzarain (PhD, MU) (PMP®)

Keynote Title: "Business Model Innovation through Industry 4.0"
Bio: Dr Jaione Ganzarain is lecturer and researcher at Mondragon University, Faculty of Engineering. Her current research focuses on technological entrepreneurship, managing innovation, IMTs, academic technological entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial university and university-industry collaboration and Innovation Management. She has been involved in various regional research project related to academic entrepreneurship and university-industry collaboration. During the last 20 years at the University she has been involved in different University-Business cooperation projects and activities like Industry Based Problem-Based Learning approach, Long-Life Learning, University-Business Collaborative schemes, as well as Action Research Activities with SMEs based on university business collaboration approaches.
She is nowadays participating in several EU projects like: T-DORE (KIK – Raw Materials) The main objective of T-DoRe (T-shaped Doctors in Residence – doctoral training in RTOs and industries) is to create new innovation champions through training of T-shaped professionals for RTOs and industry in the raw materials sector with knowledge in applied sciences, practice, and market innovations and TRANSFERINN (Interreg POCTEFA) The main objective of the project is to promote the transfer of knowledge available in technological centers, universities and training centers to SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Prof. dr. eng. Abdelazim M. Negm
Professor and Executive Manager of Zagazig University Crisis and Disaster Center, Egipt
Keynote Title: "Educators and Professors for the Sustainable Development Era"
Bio: Prof. Abdelazim Negm was born in Sharkia, Egypt on 16th April 1962 and has been graduated in May 1985 from Zagazig University (ZU), Zagazig, Egypt and was awarded the B.Sc. Degree in "Civil Engineering - Irrigation and Environmental Engineering" with average grade "Very Good with honors, with 84.5%". Negm has been awarded the degree of Master of Science (M.Sc.) in civil Engineering (Irrigation and Hydraulics) from Ain Shams University, Egypt and the PhD degree in Hydraulics on 1992 from Zagazig University. Currently, he is a professor of Hydraulics and (Water Resources) in Water and Water structures Engineering Department at Faculty of Engineering of Zagazig University.
He worked as a demonstrator in Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University in 1986 and continued till he occupied the position of vice dean for Academic and Student Affair. He worked for Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) as a professor of Water Resources since Dec. 2012 until Sept. 2016 and chairperson of Environmental Engineering Dept. at E-JUST since March 2013 until March 2016.
He published about 300 papers in national and international Journals and conferences. He is listed in (a) Marquis Who is Who?, (b) IBC's 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century , and (c) ABI directory for his achievement in the field of Hydraulics and Water Resources. He was nominated for many other awards from both IBC and ABI. He participated in more than 60 conferences. He has awarded the prizes of best papers three times. His research areas include hydraulic, hydrology and water resources. Currently, he is very interested in sustainability studies, Sustainable development and green environment.
Prof. Negm is a member of IAHR and a member of the Egyptian permanent promotion committee for Water Resources (51b) for promotion associate and professor positions and currently he is the acting head of this committee. He is a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals and Int. Conferences, associate editor-in-chief for IWTJ and was member of the organizing committee of Oceanography 2015, and IWTC2013-IWTC2017. Also, he is the secretary general of the IWC ( www.IWTC.info) since 2013. He is the head of the ZU committee for assessment of the scientific publications of ZU faculties and the head of the committee for developing the Bylaw of the Faculty of Higher Studies in Sustainable Development and Green Economy including Climate changes, mitigation and adaptation.

Prof. Khalil Khalili
University of Birjand, Mechanical Engineering Department, Iran
Keynote Title: "Employing Infrared technology in Medical applications"
Bio: Prof. K. Khalili from University of Birjand, Department of Mechanical Eng. is a tenured faculty at University of Birjand. His are of interest is CAD/CAM and Machine Vision Applications in Manufacturing. He obtained a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering and MSc. in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering both from University of Salford, Manchester-UK. He obtained his first degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Polytechnic Tehran). His main Teaching areas cover Advanced Manufacturing Systems, CAD/CAM, Metal Forming Processes and Analysis.
He has supervised more than 10 PhD and 40 MSc thesis. He has published more than 40 Journal and 75 Conference papers. He has in his record 4 patents and published one book (in Persian). Prof. Khalil chaired two international conferences. He has attended many international conferences around the world and spent a 9 months Sabbatical Leave at University of Nottingham-UK. Prof. Khalili has in his resume different administrative jobs, including Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Chair of International Relation Office, Vice-President for Education.
He is currently the President of University of Birjand - Iran.

Dr. habil. László Kovács
University of Miskolc, Department of Information Technology
Keynote Title: "Efficiency Analsyis of Concept Lattice Algorithms"
Bio: Dr. habil László Kovács from University of Miskolc, Department of Information Technology is a well known specialist in knowledge modeling and data mining. He obtained a PhD degree in technical sciences from University of Miskolc, (HU).
Main teaching areas cover Database Systems, Database Administration, OLAP and Data Mining, XML-data management, Ontology Management.
The research interest of Dr. Kovács involves the following areas: soft computing, heuristic optimizations, ontology modeling in database systems, statistical grammar induction.
He participated in several mobility programs on the field of software engineering and database management at DEC Munich, University of Helsinki, University of Lisboa, University of Karlsruhe, University of Dortmund, University of Klagenfurt, University of Erlangen.
Dr Kovács has about 110 publications with 36 references. He is the Head of the Department and the leader of the research group on ontology-based grammar induction at University of Miskolc.

Juan Pedro Arruebarrena
Technical Manager in Alcorta Forging Group, Spain
Keynote Title: "Innovation in Alcorta Forging Group: Example in Automotive Industry"
Bio: Juan Pedro Arruebarrena holds an engineering and master’s degree in Knowledge Management from Mondragon University, Spain.
Currently, he is technical manager at Alcorta Forging Group being involved in product development/forging process for automotive industry (product, tooling, simulation and automation) and innovation and automation project management (vision system for dimensional and aspect control, new materials for tooling in forging process).
He holds a rich experience in the automotive industry, working during his career with companies from this field of industry. During June 2008 and Mai 2011 he was Transmissions Product Manager at CIE Automotive Company where he was promoter and leader of the Rheocar with STAS (Canada) and the Canadian center NCR-CTA Project (Application of the Rheocasting ALU to chassis and engine suspension components) and Eureka Rheomotor Project (application of ALU Rheocasting and surface treatment PEO with ABAMOTOR and TEKNIKER).
From November 2004 to September 2008 he held the Aluminum Division Technical Director position at CIE Automotive. His was involved in the product development/aluminum casting process for automotive industry that implied product, tooling, simulation and automation. At this time working in the technical support and project coordination for the Inyectametal, Vilanova, Tarabusi, CIE Matricon (Romania) and CIE Celaya (Mexico) he was director of the Pistons Automatic Transmission Boxes for GM (Strasbourg, Ypsilanty and Mejico) from CIE Inyectametal and CIE Celaya project; director of the EUREKA NALTECH (rheocasting) ALCAN (Europe and Canada) and Paulstra (France) project and responsible with Location Acquisition and relaunch of the Romanian company CIE Matricon (Targu Mures, Romania).
From January 2002 to November 2011 he was Powertrain Product Manager at CIE Automotive following the Technical Manager in CIE Inyectametal position held between February 1997 and January 2002.
In January 1989 – February 1997 period he was Project Leader and Technical manager at Maier SC being involved in the product development / thermoplastic injection process for automotive industry (product, tooling, simulation and automation).

Dr. Mahmoud Abdel daiem
Environmental Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Egypt
Keynote Title: "Greening the Environment: Integrating Technologies for Removal of Contaminants Present In Landfill Leachates"
Bio: Dr. Mahmoud Abdel daiem received his Ph.D. at 2012 in the field of Environental Engineering from Department of Civil Engineering and Environmental managment, Granada University, Spain. His main subject of interest is the Environmental Engineering focused on subsidiary subjects such as preparation and application of carbon materials, treatment of polluted water via physical, biological, chemical, advanced oxidation processes and integrated technologies between the different processes, solid waste management and treatment, biomass pellets and its application to produce energy via anaerobic digester or safe combustion, generation of electric power via solar and wind energy systems, climate change, and environmental impact assessment studies.
Currently Dr. Abdel daiem works as an Assistant Professor at Environmental Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Egypt and coordinator of Academic Research Quality at Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Egypt. He participated in EU project under TEMPUS JEP-31007-2003 programs with Germany and Italy with title “E-learning system for water and environmental studies” (from December 2005 to August 2007). Trained two times at ZU, Zagazig, Egypt, and the third one was at RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany (July 2007). He is member of the Engineering Syndicate of Egypt, member of the Spanish Carbon Group GEC (Groupo Español del Carbón), member at Carbon materials for water treatment group under supervision of Prof. José Rivera-Utrilla at Granada University, Granada, Spain member at Solid Waste Management and treatment under supervision of Prof. Montserrat Zamorano Toro at Granada University, Granada, Spain.
He is speaking Arabic, English, and Spanish languages which help him to be in collaborate with Granada University (Spain), Aachen University (Germany), Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (Mexico), Suez Canal University and Arab Academy For Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (Egypt).
